Time for a switch.......

TREVSFEST 3 coming soon

Having lost function of my right hand a couple of months ago it meant I couldn't operate my electric wheelchair anymore which really sucked and also my mobile phone that was a real concern for the times that I am on my own should I need to call for any help. I contacted my IT guru Jeremy who has all sorts of gadgets available for MND sufferers like me and we hooked up a switch that I can simply tap with the side of my head to scroll around and use my phone. Slow but at least I can still communicate.

One of many things I miss is being part of playing and hearing live music which I mentioned to my former bandmate Mat Kenworthy the other week. I told him I was keen to buy an acoustic guitar for home so whenever any of my muso mates visited they could strum some tunes out if they felt like it. Well wouldn't you know it, a week later Mat rocks up to my place with a guitar that he sourced through social media and he put some new strings on, cleaned it up and it sounds great! A few songs have been played on it now. Thanks heaps Mat. Talking about music, it's that time again where Seve, Adam and I start to organise everything with Trevsfest so we can make it a great day. The Indi Bar in Scarborough are on board again and have given us Sunday February 4th to hold T3.

Check my events page for more details and follow all the updates via Trevsfest Events on Facebook.

I can't believe it's that time already but here we are. Hoping you all had a great Christmas and enjoy the holidays, I'll see you in 2018!
