Trevsfest this Sunday!

This Sunday is Trevsfest! I received some great news yesterday from Disability Services Commission telling me they are organising ongoing funding for my sleep shifts for a few nights of the week, this truly takes the pressure off my family and mates that have been staying over.

Apparently a nice day is forecasted on Sunday and hopefully we get a good turnout and is another success. I’m coming with my carer Sharon this year and hopefully get around to see everyone there the best I can. I’ve got to have an injection first from a nurse an hour before I go to control my saliva otherwise I’ll be a dribbling mess. Expect a lot of nodding from me as I will struggle to talk over the music and crowd plus feel free to grab my hand to shake it and say hi. I’ve basically been bedridden for 6months and haven’t seen a lot of people so I look forward to seeing everyone on Sunday. Should be a blast!
